A couple of my kids (15, 17) came home a few years ago and said “Mom did you know you can buy jam at the store?! I feel bad for people who have to eat it, It’s disgusting!!!”
Yes, they’ve grown up eating delicious freezer jam! Once you’ve had it, you won’t go back!

You choose the fruit…berries, peaches, apricot, or a mixture of a couple. We’ll take it step by step making freezer jam from start to finish. I’ll be using strawberries and raspberries in my demonstration, showing all my tips and tricks as we go along.
I am a die hard MCP (yellow box) pectin user. If you prefer a different type of pectin make sure you look at the ingredient list.
IT’S REALLY THAT GOOD! My daughter recently took a jar of jam over to her in laws with a loaf of homemade bread. Instead of eating the meal with the rest of the family, her father in law made himself a PB&J!
