The great thing about it is, with my tips and tricks I’ve learned from making freezer jams for the past 40+ years, it’s actually very simple to make!
You choose the fruit…berries, peaches, apricot, or a mixture of a couple. We’ll take it step by step making freezer jam from start to finish. I’ll be using strawberries and raspberries in my demonstration, showing all my tips and tricks as we go along.
I am a die hard MCP (yellow box) pectin user. If you prefer a different type of pectin make sure you look at the ingredient list.
