Mmmmm....homemade pizza is a favorite at our house! Whether it's on a homemade crust (the chewy bread recipe makes a quick and yummy crust), a loaf of french bread, english muffins, or whatever you like. This quick and easy pizza sauce will top it off just right! It can be easily adjusted for a small to large batch. We always make a large batch and separate it into single pizza portions (1 1/2 cups for us) in freezer bags. Then, depending on how many pizzas we're making, we pull out that many bags. This is also great if you need a dipping sauce for your bread sticks! A large can of tomato sauce and an immersion blender work great if you want to mix up the whole can!
